Arthur Milo Warner, 81, of 302 Kirkwood boulevard, Davenport, a retired carpenter for the Horst Construction company, died at 7:30 o'clock last night in his home after a long illness.

Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning in the Hill & Fredericks chapel, with burial in Pine Hill cemetery.

Mr. Warner was born in Ray Center, Mich., Feb. 7, 1867, and lived in Great Falls, Mont., and in Geneseo before moving to Davenport in 1910. Later he moved to Harvey, Ill., but returned in 1936. He retired in 1937.

He married Hattie Campbell in Romeo, Mich., in 1892. He was a member of Calvary Baptist church, and the carpenters and joiners' union, AFL.

Surviving are the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Boettcher and Mrs. Hugo Wolff of Davenport; a son, a sister, four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters, a brother, a grandson and a great-grandchild.
