Carl Mullin was the fourth oldest of the eight children of Daniel and Ada Washburn Mullin. He married Margaret "Peg" Melrose in 1948 and they had seven children. He had a sly sense of humor and was a lot of fun to be around. He spent most of his life in St. Lawrence county NY, but in the later years lived in Florida with his daughter and her family. A son also lived in Florida and four other children lived in NY. One daughter, Carla, died before him in 2000 in Colorado.
