OBIT: Little Elnora Harriet Whitcomb, daughter of Mr and Mrs Clarence Whitcomb, passed away at her home last Wednesday morning at nine o'clock. Elnora was born July 4, 1922, and died at the age of 1 year and 14 days. She was sick but a short time when she was called to the great beyond. She leaves to mourn her death her father, mother and little brother, Sheldon, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. All were present at the funeral except three aunts and two uncles Mr and Mrs Hugh Miller of Tripoli, Wisconsin, Mr and Mrs Will Shafer of Granton, Wisconsin, and Ona Pierce of Park Falls, Wisconsin. Friday afternoon, Rev. John R. Patrick speaking the words of comfort from Revelations 14-13, and interment was made in Fairview Cemetery. Pall bearers were Irene Hauer, Blossom Nordley, Florence Gray, and Lola Crandell. Flower girls were Alice Gray and Bernice Altenberg. The choir consisted of Mrs Burleigh Crandell, Mary Patrick, Lillian Walburg.
