Brook Aker was my great uncle. His first wife Grace Douglas Hancock Aker (1888-1916)died tragically after bearing their daughter Virginia Lee Aker who lived into adulthood. Grace is buried in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bluefield, WVA. I have photos of her marker. Brook was remarried to Ethel Eanes. They had a son and a daughter.
