MURRAY — Maude Lou Bourland, 72, of Murray died at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Spring Creek Health Care Center.
Mrs. Bourland was a member of Hickory Grove Church of Christ and retired from Fisher-Price.
Surviving are two sons, Terry Bourland and Kerry Steen, both of Murray; one stepdaughter, Rebecca Bourland of Almo; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garvin Bourland; one stepdaughter, Barbara Yocum; and one brother. Her parents were Murray and Mary Moody Carr.
A private burial will be held at Boyd Cemetery in Stewart County, Tenn., in Land Between the Lakes.
There will be no public visitation. Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, 200 South Park Road, Suite 100, Hollywood, FL 33021.
