Charlotte was born in Wahkonsa, Webster, Iowa, November 21, 1906 and passed away February 24, 1989 in Portland,Multnomah,Oregon.
Orris and Charlotte were married January 4, 1932 in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha, South Dakota. Charlotte and her family were living in Minnesota at the time and Orris and Charlotte retuned there to begin their family. All three of their children were born in Brainerd, Crow Wing County, Minnesota. Carlton Orris,(1934-1999) Claudette Allen and Arvilla Ann Barnard.
