Found in 2007 in my Mom's paperwork....her Aunt & Uncle

"Mr. and Mrs. John Bradbury of Country Road, Bay Roberts recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Married on December 6, 1939 in The Salvation Army by Adiutant Levi Winsor, their best man and maid of honor were Arthur and Mae Cave. Since marriage John and Winnie have spent most of their time at their Country Road home except for a few years in St. John's and Toronto. On hanad for the family celebration were their four children: Howard of Toronto with his wife Rose, Clarence of Oshawa with his wife Linda, Fanny of Clarke's Beach with her husband Graham and Olive Butt of Victoria. John's brother Bill and eight grand-children also joined the happy occasion. The whole family had not been together for ten years. John and Winnie also had a special visit from John's three cousins from New England - George Babcock and his sisters Minnie and Marion, as well as George's wife Myrtice. The family praised the Bradbury's for their marital fidelity and their strong christian witness. Their favorite social activity is worshipping with their friends at The Salvation Army." - from a Bay Roberts, Newfoundland newspaper
