Bruce Edward Willey, of Sproul, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday evening. He was born March 5, 1911, in Big Run, W. Va., a son of the late James H. and Susanna Yost Willey, and married the former Mary Reffner in 1937. Surviving are his wife and these children: Mary and Charles in Germany, Burl of Roaring Spring, Rose, Merl, Carol, Eugene and Jim, at home; four grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Burl of Wichita, Kan., Thomas of Sarasota, Fla., Mrs. Lennie Shreves of Charleston, W. Va., Mrs. Charles (Flossie) Miller of Minford, Ohio, Mrs. John (Mary) Connelly of New Enterprise and Mrs. Edwin (Florence) Rice of Pine Grove, W. Va. Mr. Willey attended the Faith Assembly of God Church in Roaring Spring. He had been employed by the General Refracteries Company at Sproul for 26 years.
