She died at the home of Mrs. Charles ADAMS who was caring for her.
She was born in Brunnenthal, Switzerland. At age 9, she moved with her parents to Colesburg, IA.
She married July 6, 1882 Thomas Wesley BAGBY of Cassville, WI. They initially farmed North of Colesburg in Clayton County, IA and moved to a farm in 1885 near Edgewood, IA.

She was survived by her daughter, Mary HANSEL of San Diego, CA, three sons, Fred BAGBY of Manchester, IA, Henry BAGBY of Waterloo, IA and Charles BAGBY of Winthrop, IA. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two brothers,Alex MOSER of Manchester and John MOSER of Colesburg, IA. Three grandsons were serving with the military in the Pacific.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
