Mrs. Kramer was born May 1, 1897 in Clay County, the daughter of Fred and Mary (Alexander) Travis.
She married Walter (Yock) Kramer in 1920. He preceded her in death in 1935.
She was a telephone operator for many years and also worked at the library. She was a member of the Clay City Methodist Church and was affiliated with the Methodist Church in Olney.
Survivors include a sister, Laura Travis, Clay City, nieces and nephews, Terry Travis, Clearwater, Fla.; W.D. Travis; Carol Tice; Walter and Paul Kester, and Ruth Lashbrook, all of Olney.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.
Services will be held in the Summers Funeral Home with Brother Keith Sproat presiding. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery.
