Lucy Ann Marks was the daughter of Jacob & Elizabeth Dater Marks. Lucy Ann married James Monagle of Gorham, NY. They were the parents of six children: Elizabeth 1842-1844, John J 1845-1910, Eugene 1845-1860, Elizabeth 1846-, William Dater 1850-1920, and Marsh E 1853-. After her husband passed, Lucy spent the rest of her years with son Dater, passing at the age of 90.
