Juanita (Grandma) Asplof 92, of Canyon died Wednesday September 29, 2010 in Amarillo.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St.

Juanita was born on April 27, 1918 in Aspermont, to Dave and Lilly Hahn. She joined Jesus on September 29, 2010.

She was a loving and caring mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She worked at Meade's Bakery and retired from St. Anthony's Hospital. She was a member of Central Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Wanda Gail Asplof, 2 sons, Perry "Scooter" Asplof and Charles "Chuck" Asplof and a great granddaughter, Katelyn Asplof.

She is survived by 2 sons, Paul "Rick" Asplof of Canyon and John Asplof of Amarillo; 2 sisters, Laverne Rash of Aspermont and Arleet Young of Abilene; 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 7 great great-grandchildren and 1 great great, great grandchild.
