Remembering MSG Barnes
MSG Barnes lost his life while preforming his duty as a gunner on the UH-1D my brother piloted. Along with them five other brave heroes were lost. As a tribute to these men and the 58,000 plus Veteran's who unselfishly gave their all for this country, I am constructing the Ohio Vietnan Veteran's Memorial Park in Mansfield, Ohio. The park will honor the Men and Women who served, fought and died while serving in Southeast Asia. You will never be forgotten. www.hack1966.com/memorial Rest in peace

I'm a retired MSG (U.S.Army)from Louisville, Ky who wants to keep your memory alive. You have not been forgotten. We soldiers do not question our duty, but do our part to keep and preserve freedom. However! You gave the ultimate sacrifice. It would have been nice to have known you as a person, you forever, will be a HERO. We should never let these brave men "Fade Away", their memory and the Vietnam War should never disappear from our thoughts and history.
