Murder Victim. The daughter of a lawyer, Luis Pasion. Valentina was from Jones, Isabela province, in the Northern Philippine Island. She had five siblings and was a shy young woman and a great cook. She was known to send most of her paycheck home to her family. An exchange student studying to be a nurse at South Chicago Community hospital. A graduate of Manila Central University School of Nursing class of 1965. She was found in a bedroom with her throat cut next to another exchange student Merlita Gargullo. A memorial mass was held for both exchange students before their bodies were returned to there native land. She was 23 years old. (bio by: Memorial Flower)

Specifically: Returned to the Philippines for burial.
