Alberta Gonzalez Aguilar, 115, of Amarillo died Friday, Sept. 10, 2010.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with the Rev. Arturo Meza officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur St.
Alberta was born April 8, 1895, in Jimenez, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Mauricio and Maria Gonzalez. She enjoyed walking. She always attended Mass and helped with church. She visited and cared for the sick people.
She was preceded in death by three children; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Survivors include four children, Jose Angel Nunez of Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, Julio Aguilar and Paula Faragoza, both of Amarillo, and Ramona Saenz of El Paso; 38 grandchildren; 121 great-grandchildren; and 87 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive guests at 613 S.W. Second Ave.
