Maud Pierce passed away at the home of her daughter in Detroit Lakes MN where she had been residing since being diagnosed as having cancer.
Her funeral services were conducted at the Verndale Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. Interment was in the Verndale Green Lawn Cemetery.
She was survived by seven children; three sisters, Elizabeth Alice Taylor of Kingsley IA; Mrs Nellie Campbell of Cloverport kY; Mrs William (Pearl) Linden of Moville IA; three brothers, Orren of Bronson IA; Charles of Sioux City IA; Lloyd of Kingsley IA.
She was peceded in death by her husband; parents; and five brothers.
She was born to Clarence and Elizabeth (Lancaster) Taylor in Woodbury County IA.
