She was born Aug. 31, 1957, in Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of Marvin C. and Clara L. Hardman Brissey. She was an independent contractor, working as an oil and gas abstractor, a member of the Greenwood United Methodist Church, Doddridge County Historical Society and Doddridge County Humane Society, where she was president for 10 years.
She loved going antiquing and to flea markets, dirt track racing and traveling.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Ernest "Ernie" Sheets; a daughter, Sarah M. Sheets and companion Pieter Bressler of West Union, WV; a sister, Kathy A Crowe and husband Carl of Mansfield, OH; many nices and nephews, and many special friends.
Prscecing her in death was a nephew, Benjamin Crowe.
Services were held Sunday, Aug. 1st, at McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro, WV, with the Rev. Randy Stewart officiating. Interment followed in Harrisville I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
