Wife of Frank J. Bernhardt (1897-1931). Daughter of Bernard Maas and Caroline (Scheick) Maas.

The following obituary from The Quincy Herald Whig, Quincy, Illinois, January 28, 1946, was kindly provided by Findagrave member, Tree Leaf:

"Mrs. Ulrina Christina Bernhardt - Mrs. Ulrina Christina Bernhardt, 617 North Twenty-second, died Monday morning at 6:18 in her home. Mrs. Bernhardt was bookkeeper at the Quincy Leather company. The daughter of Bernard G. and Caroline Schaich Maas, Mrs. Bernhardt was born in Palmyra, Mo., Oct. 6, 1898. She was married in Quincy to Frank J. Bernhardt, April 18, 1923. He died March 1, 19[?]9. Mrs. Bernhardt was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. Surviving are a son, Carl G. Bernhardt; three brothers, George, Norbert and Gerald Maas; four sisters, Mrs. Raymond Hilgenbrink of St. Louis, Mrs. Joseph Boesch of Peoria, Mrs. Raymond Peters and Miss Alma Maas. A son, Frank, Jr., preceded her in death."
