according to letters received by
his family.
Seargeant Ariasi is with a parachute battalion in north Ireland.
Before entering the service two
and half years ago. he was
employed at the Mare Island navy yard.

Seargeant Ariasi of Company G, 3rd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division was killed in action on 29 September 1944, at Groesbeek, towards De Horst, Holland.
He was originally buried in a field grave. On 26 June 1946, his remains were moved from the field grave to the Neuville-en-Condroz, U. S. War Cemetery, Belgium, in grave Q-7-158. Later his remains were brought back to the United States."
