The deceased was one of the pioneer residents of Clarion county and spent more than half a century of her life at or near the old homestead, where her death occured. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and a woman who was held in high esteem by a wide circle of friends and neighbors.
She is survived by the following children:
Mrs. J. F. Linn, of Conneaut, O., Mrs. F. C. Burns, of Oil City; Mrs. Robert Pollock, of Clarion; Mrs. W. B. Hunter and E. E. Corbett, of Bullion, Pa., and Miss Mary Corbett at home. Mrs. Burns and her sons, Arthur and James drove over from Oil City on Saturday and were present at the funeral services conducted by Rev. Dibel on Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
