Nancy Kobernusz
Nancy Kobernusz, 46, formerly of Atlantic, died over the weekend at Boone.
The daughter of William and Florence Cart Dryer, she was born in San Antonio, Texas, Jan 18, 1944, and the family moved to Atlantic in 1946.
She formerly lived in Gowrie and Lake City and was married to Lon Kobernusz May 31, 1986. They moved to Boone in May 1989.
Surviving arte her husband; three sons, Brian Bell of Des Moines, Blaine Bell of LeMars and B. J. Bell of Boone; Four stepchildren, Brenda Kobernusz of Iowa City, James and Kathleen Kobernusz of Boone and Julie of Layton Utah; two brothers, David Dryer of Denver, Colo.; and Russell Burgman of Omaha.
She was preceded in death by a son and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church in Boone and burial will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Atlantic Cemetery.
A Visitation will be held until 9 p.m. Monday at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel in Boone and at the at church at 9 a.m.
