Upland - Lena Faye “Peggy” Chaffee, 83, of Upland died Jan. 29, at San Antonio Community Hospital. She was born in Nebraska and lived in Upland 50 years. Retired, she was a cook at Pomona College for 15 years. Mrs. Chaffee is survived by two sons, Dan E. Chaffee and William J. Chaffee; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. ……Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bellevue Memorial Park, Interment will follow
