She moved to Nobles County, Minnesota shortly after her birth and lived in Minnesota most of her life She married Harvey Ernst William Delzer on 28 Oct 1938 in Hennepin County, MN. They had three children together - David Emil Delzer (b.1940), Roland Lee Delzer (b.1942) and Gary Harvey Delzer (b.1946). Harvey died in 1975, but Anne never remarried. She died on 31 Dec 1989 in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
