Mrs. Ellen Burton, 70 years of age, died Thursday morning at her home near Purdy, following a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Lincoln Burton, four daughters and one son. She was a member of the church and a good Christian woman. Funeral services were conducted at the Bear Wallow Church on Friday by Rev. Demaree Richards. Interment was in the Bear Wallow cemetery.
