Georgia Arlene Arnold, 95, of Berne passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Swiss Village in Berne. She was born on January 11, 1920 in Dewey, Oklahoma to Orville and Ida (Henschen) Yaney. She was married on April 22, 1939 to Paul E. Arnold.
She was a member of Pleasant Dale Church of the Brethren. She was a housewife and worked for Fort Wayne Wire Die.
She is survived by two sons, Dennis P. Arnold of Constantine, Michigan; and Ronald K. (Cindy) Arnold of Decatur; daughter, Barbara J. (Richard C.) Lewton of Topeka; brother, William Yaney of Ossian; sister, Margaret Ross of Roanoke; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers; and four sisters.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the 1:00 p.m. funeral service on Tuesday, January 27 at Swiss Village Auditorium in Berne. Officiating will be Pastor Jay Carter. Burial will be at Pleasant Dale Church Cemetery.
