Co-pilot of C-46D Commando #44-77420. Missing on a cargo and passenger transport flight after departing Biak Island, Indonesia, with an intended destination of Dulag, Leyte, Philippines during World War II. The aircraft was not heard from again. All ten aboard were declared Missing In Action.
