Sadly, it seems, his war medals were sold at auction in Feb 2018: 1939-45 Star; Africa Star, 1 clasp, 8th Army; Italy Star; Defence and War Medals 1939-45, with named Army Council enclosure, in card box of issue, addressed to ‘Dr. C. St. A. Vivian, “The Glen”, Plantation Road, Leighton Buzzard, Beds’. It would seem that, with the early deaths of Graham and his brother Frank in World War 2. and their only surviving sister not marrying, the medals did not pass naturally to a family member.

On his sister's gravestone in St Peter's Churchyard, Benington, Hertfordshire, England:- In loving memory of Lorna Evelyn Vivian born 25th January 1920 died 7th August 1962 daughter of Dr & Mrs C. St. A. Vivian and devoted sister of Major Frank Trevor Vivian R.A. M.C. and Captain Graham St. Aubyn Vivian R.E. who lie in the War Cemetery in Italy
