Son of Mr. & Mrs. John Creek who resided in Rochester, New York.

Frank served as a Private, Anti-Aircraft Unit, 563rd Bomber Squadron, 388th Bomber Group, Heavy, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided at 276 Mt. Hope Avenue, Rochester, Monroe County, New York prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on December 14, 1942 in Rochester, New York. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed in the printing field with the Bausch & Lomb Company and also as being Single, without dependents.

He died in the "Line Of Duty" of a non-battle related incident in England during the war.
