Son of Mr. & Mrs. George L. Andromidas who resided in Buffalo, New York.

Stephen served as a Technical Sergeant, 289th Infantry Regiment, 75th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Tonawanda, Erie County, New York prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on March 29, 1943 in Buffalo, New York. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Checker and also as Single, with dependents.

Stephen was "Killed In Action" in Vielsalm, Belgium during the war.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.
