OBITUARY: Edward T. (Edd) Triplett
Harned, June 4, 1929 (Special) Ed Triplett died at his home near Ephesus Tuesday night. The funeral service was conducted at Ephesus Church Wednesday afternoon by Rev. V. A. Jones. Mr. Triplett had been confined to his bed for several months. A few days before his death he professed faith in Christ. His wife, Mrs. Addie Brock Triplett, died about one year ago. Six children survive, Truman Triplett of Louisville, Mrs. Beulah Dickerson of Garfield, Seth Paul Triplett of the U. S. Army, Robert Triplett of Harned, Edna Mae Triplett of Harned, and Mary Helen Triplett of Harned.

Edward T. Triplett was the son of Granville Harris Triplett and Sally Roberson. He was the grandson of Thomas Jefferson Triplett, Sr. and Anna Stark.
