Allie Leamer d. Feb. 23, 1937 - Aged 83, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Rhea Foster, 2115 Fifth avenue, at 8 o'clock last night after seven weeks' illness. She was born on Oct. 23, 1854, a daughter of Abram and Catherine Reese, and was the widow of George Leamer. The community of Reese in Frankstown township received its name from her ancestors. Mrs. Leamer is survived by two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Foster, Mrs. Catherine Baer, Harry A. and Roy Leamer, all of the city, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one brother, William Reese of Geeseytown. Mrs. Leamer was a member of the Calvary Baptist church and taught in the Sunday school for many years. The body may be viewed at the Foster home. Funeral services for Mrs. Allie Leamer of 2115 5th Ave. will be held at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the Calvary Baptist church by Rev. Elmer Horner.
