Mrs. Willa Dean Whitfield Belcher, 48, of 4713 Sixth Ave., Wylam, who died Monday, was a lifelong resident of Wylam. She was a member of Wylam Presbyterian Church. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Angwin Mortuary Center with burial in Vandiver. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Belcher; two daughters, Miss Nancy Lee Belcher, Birmingham, and Mrs. Kenneth E. Bridier, Homestead, Fla.; two sons, Liddell Belcher and Melvin Belcher; her father, William L. Whitfield, and her stepmother, Mrs. Louise Whitfield, all of Birmingham; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Meadows, Fairfield, and Mrs. James Liddell, Pleasant Grove; three brothers, Emmett Whitfield and Marvin Whitfield, both of Birmingham, and P.H. Whitfield, Wylam, and four half brothers, Lawrence Whitfield Earl Whitfield and Clovis Whitfield, all of Birmingham, and Ernest Whitfield, Hueytown.
