Daughter of Wm. Wallace and Elizabeth Josephine (Ashurst) Watkins (founder of Kirkwood). Sis of Lorena (Beauchamp), Wm. Joseph, Katherine (Likens), "Libby" Watkins, Harry Fountain Watkins and Charles Ashurst Watkins. Henry Walker saw the beautiful young woman and waited the years til she was old enough to marry. Henry Allen Walker and "Nelle" Pearl were married Aug 9,1894 in Red Bluff,CA. Raised children Allen, Marian, Robert, Agnes and Katherine in Kirkwood, CA.
