Handed to County Attorney

Tribune Special
AMERICAN FORK, Feb. 23óResults of a highway patrol investigation into a traffic accident here Tuesday night in which Mrs. Maxine Parker Naylor, 41, Murray, was killed, have been turned over to Utah County Atty. Arnold Roylance, Provo.

On the basis of the evidence, which reportedly implicates a third vehicle, Mr. Roylance will decide the question of citations with regard to the accident.

Martin M. Harris, 50, 1946 Hubbard ave., Salt Lake City, driver of the automobile in which the victim was a passenger, was released from American Fork hospital

The Harris automobile was demolished when it collided with a Cloverleaf Dairy Co. truck driven by Jack Sargent, 26, 1665 Harrison ave., Salt Lake City. Mr. Sargent was not injured. The cab and trailer of the truck were torn apart by the collision.

Mrs. Naylor, employee of American Service bureau, 47 W. South Temple, two years, was born Jan. 3, 1908, in Ogden, a daughter of William C. and Mary Ann Phelps Parker. She was graduated from Ogden high school.

She was married to Grant Leland Naylor in 1926, in the Salt Lake temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They later were divorced. During the war she was employed at the Salt Lake post office.
