Logan - Eldon Adams, 73, of 433 E Center, formerly of Bear River Valley, died this morning in the Logan LDS Hospital of a heart attack.

Mr. Adams was born Nov. 19, 1901, in Mountain Green, Sanpete County, a son Delos Edgar and Hannah Christina Peterson Adams.

He had been a farmer in the Bear River Valley until retiring in 1970.

He was married to Angeline Christsen on Aug. 11, 1926, in the Logan LDS TempIe.

He moved to East Garland in 1906 and later lived in Tremonton until 1949 when he moved to Logan.

He was active in sports in Bear Rivir High School.

He had served on the Fish and Game Commission, and was a high priest in the Logan 7th LDS Ward.

Survivinq are his widow of Loqan, two daughters and three sons, Dee
Adams, Yuma, Colo.; Vern Adams, Buhl, ldaho; Mrs. Reese (Irma) Warburton, Grouse Creek, Utah; Gary Adams, Citrus Heights, Calif., Mrs. Don (Patrlcia) Bourne, East Garland; 32 grandchildren 14 great-grandchildren.

Also survivng are four brothers and four sisters, Afton, Fielding; Floyd, Yuba City, Calif.; Ursel, Fairfield, Mont.; Carroll, Ogden; Mrs. Earl (Eva) Young, Perry; Ardes Adams, Tremonon; Mrs.Leila Boothe, Maxine Adams, both of Ogden.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. In the Hall Mortuary Chapel in Logan with Bishop Dallas officiating.

Friends may call at the mortuary Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to services. Burial in East Garland Cemetery.
