Feb 28 - Mrs. Jospeh Delaune, 70, died at her home here, 540 Anchor street, at 10:40 am today.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn cemetery under the direction of the Riley funeral home.
Surviving are the husband, Joseph; three sons, Joseph Jr. of San Antonio, R. J. of Abbeville, La, and Jack Delaune of Beaumont; eight daughters, Mrs. A. Suarez , Lafayette, La., Mrs. J. D. Thompson, Mrs. Loly Gallsworthy, Mrs. Winnie Placette, and Mrs. J. T. Urwin, all of Port Arthur, Mrs. Sterling Romere, South Lake, Mrs. E. B. Stagg, Navasota, and Mrs. L. B. McCauley, Galveston; one brother, T. G. Hebert, New Orleans, 22 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
