Mrs. W.H. Emerson dies at Butler
Mrs. W.H. Emerson , 67 died in Butler Thursday following a two weeks siege of pneumonia. Funeral services were conducted in the Little Bethel Church, with interment in the Little Bethel Cemetery. The Rev. N.J. Wood officiated, assisted by the Rev. H.L. Lumpkin.

Pallbearers included Floyd Raburn, Clyde Raburn, E.C. Raburn, Jr.; Bill Hailey and W.H. Mott. Honorary pallbearers included the Rev. Lumpkin, C. H. Moore, F.J. Gilbert, the Rev. E.H. Dunn and the Rev. W.H. Lawhorn.

Survivors include her husband, the Rev. W.H. Emerson, three daughters, Miss Bessie Emerson, Mrs. Mary L. Stalnaker and Mrs. Williams; Five grandchildren; a brother B.L. Raburn and a sister; Mrs. Stella Lawhorn.
