Mrs.Clara Irene Fisher,67,of Route 3,died at 2;30 p.m. Thursday in Waynesboro Community Hospital.
Mrs.Fisher was born in Augusta County,Apirl 10,1906, a daughter of the late William Mitchell and Alberta Craig Fisher.
Surviving are her husband Hammie Edward Fisher of Route 3,Charlottesville,two sons; Edward R.Fisher of Route 3 and Ray B.Fisher of Milford,Del;two brothers,Jacob F.Fisher of Afton and Thomas G.Fisher of Route 3; two sisters Thelma Abshire and Mrs. Carrie Shiflett,both of Waynesboro;also five grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Etter Funeral Home,conducted by the Rev.Ralph W.Hines,with burial in the Glen Kirk Presbyterian Chapel cemetery.
Friends will be received from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be Ronald Siron,Harold Stepp,Kenneth V.Morris,Roger Wood,Everett E.Gibson Jr. and Charles Kelly.
