Edinboro; died at home Tuesday [8-03] after a lengthy illness. A resident of the Erie area since 1930 she was born 27 Sep 1902 in Meadville, a dau of Fred & Lillian Warren Bossard. A housewife most of her life, MrsBower also worked as a sales clerk for 10 years at Woolworths & 2 years at Marx Toy Co. She was retired. She had attended Belle Valley Presbyterian Church for a number of years & was an avid bird watcher. She was preceded in death by her husband RoyS Bower 23 Apr 1978 & 2 sis: Leona Lynch & Irene Pat-terson-both in 1984.
Survivors include 2 nieces: Dotty (sp-Roger) McCoy-with whom she resided; Elizabeth (sp-Jos) Shalko-Edinboro; 4 nephews: Clair Flick-Erie; Jack Flick-CambridgeSprings; Roy Colvin-Edinboro; & Eli Holt-Indianola.
A service will be held Friday [8-06] at Russell Schmidt & Son Funrl Home. Private burial will be at ErieCnty Memorial Gardens.
