Listed in the cemetery kiosk as Lillian Lambert

Daughter of Samuel Forshey and Nancy Jane Shamblen. She was one of about 12 kids!

Lillian married Harry Heaton Salisbury 11 Feb 1892 in Red Oak, Montgomery Co., Iowa. They had two boys; Frederick and Harry.
Frederick died when he was only 3. If the anguish of her son's death wasn't enough, her husband was murdered a few years later!

Lillian married Moses Felthauser Dec 1905 in Nebraska. He was not kind to her, abusive even, and by 1915, she divorced him.

Lillian then married Frank Lambertz 23 Dec 1915 in Red Oak, Montgomery Co., Iowa.

Sadly, Lillian was never quite right after the death of her son and beloved Harry. She had a difficult life. Frank admitted her into the hospital in Clarinda on more than one occasion due to her bouts with depression and/or anxiety.

I think the birth year is wrong on her headstone. Should be 1876.
