Freda Wells of Mojave beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother passed away peacefully in Lancaster, CA on
May 29 2010. She was born in Blocker, OK Feb. 25 1922
to Mattie and Millis Rea. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends at the Mojave Vets building, garage sales shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter Eunice Johnson and her husband Phillip of Meanteca, CA her son Ray (Bucky) Turner of Mojave and her daughter Donna Lopez and her husband Edwin of Lancaster, her step children Jim Wells of Florida, Gary Wells of California, Beverly Rinne of California and JoAnn Priester of Florida, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren,and many more dear family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years James Wells, her sister Mary (Josephine) Miller of Oklahoma City, and her daughter in-law Evelyn Turner of Mojave. She will be truly missed.
Memorial services will be held on June 11, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Mojave Crossroads Foursquare Church. Her internment will be at Mojave Cemetery
