He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis Skinner and Martha Carter; daughter, Viva Campbell; and 3 great grandsons.
He is survived by his wife Louise Skinner of Belmont, LA; daughters, Dottie Eaves and husband Robert of Belmont, LA and Mira Wyatt of Belmont, LA; sister, Ann Rains of Florida; 10 grand children; 23 great grand children; 1 great great grandchild; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A Graveside service will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Belmont Cemetery with the Rev. Glen Howard officiating. Interment will be in Belmont Cemetery, Belmont, LA.
The family will receive friends beginning at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many, Louisiana.
