Ernest J. "Ernie" Vecellio, 74, was the son of the late Joseph V. and Julia P. (Pingie) Vecellio
On May 7, 1955 in Lewis Run at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church he married Marilyn B. (Bond) Vecellio who survives.
Mr. Vecellio was a 1950 graduate of Bradford High School. He served in the US NAVY from January 4, 1951 until October 21,1954.
He had been employed at Hanley Brick Company for thirty three years and then for 13 years as the Director of Environmental Services at the Bradford Regional Medical Center for Sodexo.
He was a member and usher at St. Bernard Church, a member of the Italian Mutual Aid Society in Lewis Run, the Italian Club on Webster Street and a former member of the Rambler Association.
He is also survived by two sons, two brothers, 3 grandchildren, one aunt, one uncle and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Ronald Vecellio and Richard Vecellio.
Burial and Military Honors will be accorded in St Bernard Mausoleum.
