Alice was the daughter of Lord Hugh de Audley and Isolde (Isabella) De Mortimer. She was born 1300-1304 at Hadley, Staffordshire, England and died at Greystroke, Northumberland, England.
She married Ralph Neville on January 14, 1327.

Wife of Sir Ralph de Greystoke, 1st Lord Greystoke, son and heir to Robert FitzRalph, Baron of Greystoke and Elizabeth de Neville. They were married after 25 Nov 1317 by papal dispensation as they were related in the 3rd and 4th degrees. They had one son, William 2nd Lord Greystoke, born 1321. Sir Ralph did 4 July 1323.

Secondly, wife of Sir Ralph de Neville, son of Ranulph de Neville and Eupheme FitzRoger, daughter of Lord Robert. They were married by licence dated 14 Jan 1327, and had six sons and four daughters:

Alice was buried with Ralph in Durham Cathedral, their tomb being utterly destroyed in 1651 by Scot prisoners imprisoned in the cathedral.
