He was preceded in death by his wife Martha on Jan. 18, 2010.
Dale is survived by his children, Carolyn (Ron) Edwards, Marilyn (Fred) Arnold and Stanley (Mary) Roberts; grandchildren, Delaine (Scott) Maxon, Vicki (Sid) Collins, Stefanie Edwards, Melissa (Basil) Lane, Teresa (John) Manfredo, Angelina (Scott) Elliott, Sarah (Mitch) DelDuca, Keasha (Scott) Hamilton, Shaina (Ben) Agee, Lauren (Mark) Elgueta and Natalie Sears.
He also is survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII and was a recipient of the Silver Star. Dale was of the Baptist faith and was a longtime employee of the CF&I in Pueblo, Colorado.
Viewing, 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, and funeral service, 11 a.m. Saturday, both at Imperial Funeral Home in Pueblo, Colo. Arrangements by Imperial Funeral Home.
