Knightdale - William E. Allen (Bill) Allen, 61, of Rt.. 5, Raleigh, a farmer and owner of Wil-Mar Golf Course, died Sunday.

Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday, Knightdale Methodist Church, the Rev. Bruce Pate. Burial, church cemetery.

Surviving: his wife, Mrs. Mary Martin Allen, a son Martin L. Allen of the home; a daughter, Mary Frances Allen of the home; a brother, Webb Allen of Rt. 5, Raleigh; two sisters, Mrs. E. S. Avery of Raleigh and Mrs. E. C. Carr of Farmville.

The family will be at the Lewis Funeral Home in Wendell from 7 until 10 p.m. Monday.
