CLARK COUNTY RESIDENT DIES
Levant Carl Doschades, 61, life-time resident of Clark County, died at his home in Dubois Sunday night from Parkinson's disease.
He was born Feb. 25, 1901, at Medicine Lodge, to Carl August and Pearl Ransom Doschades. He lived on a ranch for 28 years and attended schools at Medicine Lodge and Dubois. On Oct. 22, 1928 he married Mary Rasmussen in Dillon, Beaverhead County, Montana. They moved to Dubois where he has since resided.
In 1931 he became the superindendent of the Dubois Water and Light Department. He had been in ill health for the past two years and it forced him to retire last April. He was a member of the Episcopal Church.
Besides his widow he is survived by the following children: Carl and Margaret Doschades, both of Dubois; and Mrs. Gene (Gloria) Davis, Twin Falls. Brothers and sisters surviving are Mrs. Stanley (Ruth) Shaller, Umalilla, Ore.; Mrs. Ben (Bernell) Fayle, Medicine Lodge; Zeno Doschades, Walla Walla, Wash.; and Edward Doschades of Terreton.
Funeral services will be announced by the Buck Funeral Home.
Levant Doschades Rites Scheduled
Dubois, Jan. 1 - Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Community Baptist Church at Dubois for Levant Carl Doschades, 61, who died Sunday night.
Interment will be in the Dubois Cemetery. Friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Idaho Falls Wednesday and at the church in Dubois Thursday from noon until service time.
