Born to Eternal Life on April 9, 2010 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (Nee Hillebrand) Devoted father of Donna Homan (Richard Ross), Linda Dugan and Donald (Laura) Homan. Proud grandfather of Deanna Uecker, Christopher (Renee) Hisey, Rebecca Dugan, Nicholas (Jennifer) Homan, Monica Homan, Emily (Ben) Bialek and Anne Dugan and 5 great- grandchildren. Dear brother of Janice (Jerry) Sommer. Also survived by other relatives and friends.Frank was a licensed watch maker and with his life partner Dolores will be remembered for the caring way in which they touched thousands of lives through their life long dedication within Homan Jewelers. He also was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the West Allis Rotary Club. Visitation Wed., April 14, from 10 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at HOLY APOSTLE CHURCH, 16000 W. National Ave., New Berlin. Interment with full military honors will follow at Holy Apostles Cemetery.
