Thomas D. Belt, 77, died last Thursday at Riverside Hospital in Paducah, after several months of failing health. A native of Crittenden, member of a long prominent family, his entire life was devoted to farming and spent within the confines of his native county.
Survivors are his wife, formerly Lillie Burnett; six daughters, Mrs. Delia Winders, Mrs. John Reed, Mrs. Edna Kirk, Mrs. Hayden Winders, Miss Reba Belt, all of this county, and Mrs. Homer Kirk, Oklahoma; three sons, Burnett, Paducah, Forrest, St. Louis, Mo., and Audrey, Los Angles, Cal.; a sister, Mrs. R. Belle Walker, St, Louis, Mo.
