George W. Reeves, aged 81, of Hartman died September 11, 1986 at St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville.

He was a retired farmer, Army veteran of World War II, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Coal Hill.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Bertha Reeves; one daughter, Janice Nauheimer of Arlington, VA; two brothers, Pinky Reeves of Clarksville and Amos Reeves of Hartman; three sisters, Virgie Stallings of Hartman, Ethel Ford of Clarksville and Orilla Langston of Charleston; three grandchildren, Cathie, Patrick and Mark Nauheimer of Arlington, VA; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Coal Hill with Rev. Bill Powell officiating.

Burial, with military graveside honors, was at Hartman Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Mike Reeves, Larry Robertson, Randy Barmore, Jack Nichols, Kermit Warren and Dave Ford.
